Because of Pascal's last exellent journal which about the Guinness. I'd like to introduce a troditional Chinese alcohol,baijiu. The name baijiu literally means "white liquor," "white alcohol" or "white spirits". Baijiu is often mistakenly translated as "wine" or "white wine", but it is actually a distilled liquor, generally about 80 to 120 proof, or 40-60% alcohol by volume .Baijiu is a clear drink usually distilled from sorghum, although sometimes other grains may be used; baijiu varieties produced in southern China are typically made from glutinous rice, while those from northern China are generally made of sorghum, wheat, barley, millet, or occasionally Job's tears. Because of its clarity, baijiu can appear similar to several other liquors, but generally has a significantly higher ABV than, for example, Russian vodka (35-50%), Japanese shōchū (25%), or Korean soju (20-45%), and its flavour is distinctive and unique.I'm sure that everyone in our class may like the baijiu.

For me,the 42oW course is like a warm family.All the classmates are friendly,aspirant and honest.Our teacher also like a "mother",she teach us how to write an academic writing.We enjoy every class.I have learned lots of useful knowledge so far.For instance,I have learned how to write a perfect topic sentence with cogent controlling ideas,how to write the different supporting sentences,how to write a wonderful concluding sentence.And I also learned three different kind of the paragraph,the decription paragraph,the compare-contrast paragraph and cause-effect paragraph.These knowledge are really helpful.

• It seems that people can hardly arrive at the agreement on the question whether watching a movie in the theater or watching a DVD at home.Some people may assert that watching a movie in the theater while others agree that watcing DVD at home.As far as I’m concerned watching a movie in the theater is a good choice.
• To begin with the theater is a speical place to watching a movie,all the equipments are much more professional than at home.For example the silver screen,cineprojector and sounder.If you watch a DVD at home you only hve a TV and a DVD player.What's more the theater has a good condition to watch a movie,all the audiences are watching the movie intently,you can't be disturbed by anyone.If you watch a DVD at home you can hardl pay attention,you may be disturbed by many things. Last but not least in the dark theater you can feel that yourself is in the scenario.If you watch a DVD at home you can't make the living room dark absolutely.
• By contrast watching a movie in the theater is much better than watching a DVD at home.But to be admited watching a DVD at home is cheaper and more convenient than go to the theater.
• Based on the above analysis if you want to enjoy the the movie you should go to the theater.

It is as clear as crystal that Vancouver is a modern city,so there all kinds of things really impress the people.But personly speaking there's only one thing that really rock me,the cars.It is no exaggeration to say that a life without cars is inconceivable.To most of the people cars are only the vehicle,but to me cars are work of art.When I satand at a any street of Vancouver there are lots of beautiful cars go likethe wind.It is widely acknowledged that Vancouver is the most comfortbale city to live.So there're many toffs live in the city.Thus,it is not difficult to draw the conclusion that there're lots of excellent cars in this city.But the quantity and quality really surprise me.The PORSCHE 911 turbo, CORVETTE Z06,FORD MUSTANG to name just a few.The powerful engine,beautful color,attractive aspect,seductive sound really make me feel that my blood is boiling.To put it like this stand at the street of Vancouver is much better than the cars show in my hometown.There's only one word best describe it,breathtaking!
